With the wedding coming up, I am trying really hard to loose the last couple pounds that I have been carrying around.  This is  proving to not be a simple task.  I tried eating right, then I just get back off track  And even when I do eat right, and drink water and get a little extra exercise… The pounds STILL seem to just STAY PUT!  :(  So, I have been trying a few different styles of Supplements.

I received a bottle of the Trim Energy Green Coffee Bean to try out.  The nice thing about this product,  According to the directions, you only need to take 1 Capsule before meals – twice a day. So a 60 count bottle will last a whole month!  Most other supplements that I have looked at all say 2 capsules 2 to 3 times a day!  So you would need to take multiple bottles per month! which financially is crazy!   I tend to be very skeptical when it comes to how well things work – until I try it.  I tried this for 1 month, and did notice a slight change in weight – Only a couple pounds – but a couple pounds to me is a huge mile stone.  I’m at that point that I Feel as if I have plateaued…and have no where to go.   Hopefully this slight push over the edge is just what I needed to get my work on again. For 20.00 a bottle (currently on sale) I think this is just what i need to keep my hopes high… and with a little extra exercise, I am sure I will get those last 10 pesky pounds gone.   Just a friendly Reminder… Not everyone reacts the same to a supplement.   What works for me may not work for you and vice-versa.

The MI Savings Mama Household doesn’t drink coffee daily, but we love having great tasting and simple to make coffee readily available for when company does come over.  Tylers coffee is simple to make -just open the pack, poor in the filter and hit go!  A full packet will make a full 10 cup pot.  And if you only brew a half pot, then all you need is a half packet.  Simple isnt it!  Having less acid then regular coffees, Tylers is a little easier on the tummy. Making it more enjoyable on many people.  They do offer both decaf and regular, I know I am really wanting to try the Decaf.  It looks like it’ll be the perfect gift for my mom… She only drinks decaff – and you cant try to trick her either!

Ok, now its starting to get to crunch time. School is going to be starting really soon here in Michigan.  Im trying to get everything in order for lil c’s first day of school.  I got some of the basics, but now I am stressing about what to give him for lunch.  I would love to do sandwiches and snacks. I have never heard of KrillOil until I got this in for review.  I have tried Plain old Fish Oil Capsules before, but they have always had a CRAZY after tasted.  That is one thing that I did not notice with Krill Oil.
