Up… down… loose… gain… u name it. I had it all. I made each and every work out this week. I can say that is an accomplishment in itself. I can’t say that I didn’t grumble….because I sure did. Through every routine… but I have a goal. I am wanting to do what I can to look good for the honeymoon!
I have been participating as a REVOLT NOW FITNESS Blogger. What is Revolt Now Fitness? Revolt is a Program created by Nichole Huntsman. This program includes a meal plan and work out videos. As I said this week. Completely all over the board. I knew my weight would fluctuate just because of the friendly time of month… but I sure didn’t expect to get so sick to my stomach. I didn’t feel ill… but nothing I ate would stay down (even water). My main goal is not JUST to loose weight. I really am hoping to gain definition… Flatten out the abs, and get

Starting Weight – 173.8 lbs
Ending Weight – 172.8 lbs
Total Loss this week – 1 lb
Total Loss from the beginning. 3.2 lbs (started at 178lbs)
I have officially lost 1/2″ off my waist and hips area. I also lost about 1/4″ off each thigh and upper arms! I am super excited! In total it’s a 2″ lost! Onto week 4! I Cant wait to see the last set of exercises for the June Uprising!
