This is my week 11 check in on the Nutrisystem Plan.  Even though this past week didnt go as planned… I am still sticking with the Nutrisystem Program!

As you may have noticed in my Title – I had a setback.  I was on a great path to loosing weight…Then I started gaining a couple pounds… Was it because I didnt stick to the plan like I should have… Yeah, Probably.  It is really important to keep on schdule.  I think my down fall, not having my mid morning and mid afternoon “snack”.  As crazy as it sounds…. When I have gotten use to having a small munch half way through my morning or half way through the afternoon, and I skip it… I tend to want to overeat (or choose the wrong foods) at my meals.  So with that said….

Starting Weight:  165.1
Last Weeks Weight:  145.9
Current Weight: 145.9
This weeks Loss:  +2 lbs
Total Weight loss:  17.2 lbs

O well, back to the drawing board!

  1. You’re still doing awesome even with a couple lbs increase! I think I’m the same way with skipping the mid-day snack. I eat a ton more for dinner when I do. =(
