Once again I completed another WHOLE week of Nutrisystem… And only cheated Once… And the only way I cheated was by having an energy drink… I know its not the best thing for me… but when i compaired the amount of caffeine and calories in a Rock Star Energy Drink and a Mt. Dew, I figured I was better with the rockstar. Im still having a hard time with lack of caffeine. I use to drink at least a 20 oz of Mt. Dew a day (if not more) so Just having water and juice and only diet coke, is totally not the same.
I figured this week would be extremely hard – because of Easter… But thanks to work putting me on to work EASTER Sunday I missed out on all the family meals … Which meant NO TEMPTATION. So instead of a large Easter Dinner I had a generous salad, some steamed carrots and beans and a piece of Veggie Lasgana.
Over the course of the week I realized its not as hard as I thought it would be. I have come to really love the food – and Realize that I am eating more now then I did 2 weeks ago, and I am loosing the weight. I know that sooner or later, I will hit a plateau… So This upcoming week I will be adding in Some exercising. I know I do a lot of exercise just working retail… I am constantly walking and going up and down ladders, and reaching and lifting… But my body is really getting use to that, so Now I need to push myself more outside of work.
I really cant wait to place my next months food order. I am totally in love with their pizzas – and since my family likes to have pizza once a week, This would be perfect so I don’t feel left out.
