Valentines Day is just around the corner. I have teamed up with Mizz Review Lady to bring you great gifts for Valentines Day.  The first of our great gift ideas is Balance Bars.  They have a great Balance-Tine Gift Set.  This is perfect for Valentines Day.

A little about Balance Bars: Balance Bar was one of the originators of energy bars and the nutrition bar category. Founded in 1992 by a group of sports enthusiasts, scientists and people with a passion for life in Santa Barbara, CA, Balance Bar continues to be run by people with the same passion and mission today that started it all. Rooted in a winning formula for balanced nutrition with the 40-30-30 nutrition principle to provide long-lasting energy, Balance Bar has since added several flavors, styles and formats of energy bars to make nutrition easy and delicious for everyone.

I received a Balance-tine Gift Set for the Valentines Holdiay.  I was surpirsed to see all the different flavors that Balance sent to me.  The Balance-tine Day Chocolate Gift Assortment includes eight Balance Bar chocolate favorites -Caramel Nut Blast, Double Chocolate Brownie, Chocolate Craze, Chocolate Mint Cookie Crunch, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Cookie Dough, Smores and Triple Chocolate Chaos.  These all came in a Cute Hear shaped tin.  I have tried other “health” bars before – and none have compared to the flavorings of Balance Bars.  My favorite has to be the Chocolate Mint Cookie Crunch.  Even just opening the wrapper and smelling it – there was a yummy scent of Mint.. And biting into it just reminded me o f a Mint cookie – not something that  had 14 grams of protein, 200 calories, 23 vitamins and minerals with an excellent source of antioxidants and vitamin D.   I love that you can order these online for a reasonable price.  A box of 6 only costs 7.99!

THREE lucky winners will receive a Balance-tine Tin set from Balance Bars.  Entry is easy.  Just take a moment to fill out the Rafflecopter form on MI Savings Mama and then don’t forget to go to Mizz Review Lady and enter there!
